Serve Your Community

One of the key elements of the educational experience is the opportunity for students to participate in hands-on experiential learning (practicum),which takes place within the church or in the community. The executives, pastors, and leaders at EastLake Church have pioneered movements, innovated organizations, and changed the conversation about how people of faith serve our communities locally, and around the world. ELLC students will be mentored by these creative leaders  in their chosen area of focus and interest. Students will also have access to conferences, media libraries, and other learning opportunities as part of the EastLake Network.

Find Your Passion

At the EastLake Leadership College, we care about the whole student and our program is designed with that in mind. The number one reason students choose our program is the supportive, encouraging faith community that surrounds them.

Our desire is for our students to grow relationally and spiritually, as well as intellectually. The ELLC Student Experience includes worship experience, growth groups, and one-on-on coaching that mirror what it looks like to be a leader who follows Jesus in everyday life.

Weekly Student Schedule

One of the best things about an online degree program is the flexibility – you can learn anytime, anywhere. Our Student Lounge is open during the week for individual study, or to meet up with friends who are taking the same classes. Practicum hours are set by the Supervisor in your chosen area(s) of interest. Our all-student learning sessions bring everyone together for the opportunity to grow intellectually, relationally, and spiritually.
